Role Description:

.

We are a small team of Independent Financial Advisers providing advice and assistance to clients regarding investments, pensions, mortgages and protections products.

 .

We are looking for an administrator to join our team. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity for career progression. One of our employees started out in the same role and has now become a fully qualified Independent Financial Adviser. She began as an administrator during her studies and showed interest and commitment to our company, leading to us offering her training and a full-time role once her studies had been completed.

.

The ideal candidate will show interest in the industry and will be self-efficient and able to learn the requirements of the role quickly. As we are a small team, the ideal candidate will also need to be personable and approachable. Previous administration experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

.

The candidate will simply be required to carry out general administration duties, some of which may include; scanning, filing, sending emails, making calls, chasing documents, amending spreadsheets, sending invoices and providing general assistance to a Financial Adviser.
